Radiation Oncologist Robert (Bob) Press, M.D., joins Baptist Health Miami Cancer Institute
MIAMI, FL – February 17, 2023 – Bob Press, M.D., is a board-certified radiation oncologist at Miami Cancer Institute and will focus on patients with central nervous system and thoracic tumors.

Before joining Baptist Health in 2023, Dr. Press was a radiation oncologist at New York Proton Center, serving as the central nervous system and head and neck disease site group lead. During this time, he also served as assistant clinical professor at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai and as a visiting investigator for the Department of Radiation Oncology at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York.
In addition to his clinical expertise, Dr. Press has been published in more than 60 scientific manuscripts, has written and developed numerous clinical trials, and has participated in several expert committees publishing treatment guidelines.
Dr. Press earned his medical degree at Emory University School of Medicine. He then completed his radiation oncology residency at Winship Cancer Institute of Emory University, where he also served as chief resident.
